Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, The Planet Traveller will not bear the responsibility in the case of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can on our end to verify this entrustment before handing the package over.

Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.

Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.
